The executive group is comprised of Dr. James McCleary and 12 other members of the board, 8 of which are on the executive (only Dr. McCleary’s name appears due to fear of retaliation – See previous email blast 03/22/2017 – Chapter 2: VPOA Response to CVO’s New Advertising Rules, this is where Dr. McCleary received the “feared letter” from the Registrar).
