Join Us

Membership is open to all veterinarians who currently own or did own in the past a veterinary practice.

Membership fee is $150.00 per year plus HST ($19.50) = $169.50 per year.

Membership is for 12 months from January 1 to December 31.

There are three methods of joining us:

1. Download, print, complete and sign our Membership Application Form and mail it to us together with a cheque payable to Veterinary Practice Owner’s Association in the amount of $169.50 CDN at the address shown on the bottom of the form

2. Complete the fields below and pay instantly by PayPal

3. Call Bucksburn Veterinary Hospital at (905)257-7777 and provide your credit card number.
